Job summary

zTrip is seeking a dependable Dispatcher to coordinate trips, support drivers, and keep transportation moving. This role serves as the communication hub among drivers, customers, and operations to ensure safe, reliable service.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, or customer service preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign trips to drivers to ensure timely service.
• Monitor active trips and provide real-time support throughout the day.
• Communicate trip details and schedule changes to drivers.
• Maintain communication with drivers regarding service needs and routes.
• Assist drivers with resolving service-related issues and challenges.
• Maintain dispatch logs and update trip records.
