Time Saver Heating & Cooling is seeking an entry-level Dispatcher - CSR - Admin to support our Loveland, OH team. The role handles calls, schedules appointments, maintains dispatch boards, and helps customers with service needs, while building strong client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products.
• Customer service skills.
• Experience in administrative or customer service position preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls to schedule or reschedule appointments.
• Maintain the dispatch board and inform technicians to maximize efficiency.
• Debrief technicians and follow up with customers after service calls.
• Manage maintenance agreements including billing, scheduling, renewals, and contracts.
• Assist with emails, financing, leads, parts orders, data entry, and marketing tasks.
