Job summary

CoolSys in Dallas, TX seeks a Service Dispatcher to prioritize calls, assign and dispatch technicians, and coordinate with Service Managers to address open calls. You will respond to inquiries, create reports, and maintain nightly on-call crew visibility.

Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive, friendly attitude to ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule and customer needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize calls (incoming and backlog).
• Assign and dispatch technicians.
• Work with Service Managers to address open calls.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Create and distribute required reporting.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding missed SLAs.
• Review all incomplete calls on a daily basis.
• Maintain entry and verify nightly on-call crew.
• Work with Service Managers to ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Understand the geography of the market and understand the technicians.
