Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Light Commercial ABM 2 to oversee daily office operations, ensure superior customer service, and drive attainment of sales targets for CoolSys. The role focuses on retail and commercial client interactions, stock control, and maintaining efficient processes.

The position requires a high school diploma, plus potential college degree in Business or Management. Ideal candidates have retail supervision experience and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in Business/Management or related field a plus.
• Retail experience with 1–2 years in supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Good understanding of sales strategies and commercial customer needs.
• Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Ability to use typical business tools including E‑Mail, Word, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality service to both retail and commercial customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist in training, motivating, and supervising staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to standards.
• Help implement sales strategies to meet or exceed office targets; monitor performance metrics and support the team.
• Assist with stock control, ensuring product availability for retail and business customers; monitor inventory and conduct stock checks.
• Ensure smooth daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining an organized office.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations to provide a safe working environment.
• Assist with office reports, sales analyses, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

The Light Commercial ABM 2 will be focused overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring a high level of customer service, efficient office processes, and achieving sales goals for CoolSys.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure high-quality service to both retail and commercial customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues.

• Assist with stock control, ensuring product availability for both retail and business customers. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure smooth daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure the office is well-maintained and organized.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions tailored to their business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations to provide a safe working environment.
• Assist with office reports, sales analysis, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A college degree in Business, Management, or a related field a plus.
• Proven experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
