Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a customer service professional to be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries via email and phone and ensuring accurate data entry for dispatch.

You will support on-call service teams and help dispatch technicians for emergency service requests, contributing to fast, effective problem solving and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Certification from a vocational-technical or trade school a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to type 50 wpm and learn other systems.
• High level of professionalism and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and handle competing priorities.
• Must be highly motivated and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Position Summary: As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests received via email and phone and accurately entering the information into our system for dispatch. You will provide excellent customer service by providing solutions to any customer concerns and adapting to new processes, as necessary. You will work with our on-call service teams to dispatch technicians for emergency service requests.

Start date: 11/02/26

Training hours: 5am-2pm for 2 weeks.

Regular Schedule: Must be available to work a full-time schedule within the hours of 5am-10pm, 7 days a week on a rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED


• Certification from an accredited vocational-technical or trade school a plus!


• Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, able to type 50 wpm and learn other systems.


• High level of professionalism & strong problem-solving abilities


• Excellent interpersonal communication skills


• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and work with competing priorities
