Remote Dispatcher

Location: Tampa, FL

100% Remote, must live within approximately 75 miles of the Tampa, FL

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM EST

Pay:

$20-$21/hour

Contract:

10-12 months with potential for permanent hire

The Opportunity

We are hiring Dispatchers to support a growing field service operation. This team coordinates service technicians who travel to customer locations to repair and maintain equipment. This is a fast-paced role focused on scheduling, dispatching, customer communication, and problem-solving. You'll manage incoming service requests, coordinate technician schedules, and help ensure customers receive timely service.

What You'll Do

• Review incoming work orders through Salesforce
• Assign service calls to the appropriate field technicians
• Manage technician schedules, routes, and service appointments
• Schedule upcoming work across multiple service territories
• Monitor high-volume work order activity and adjust schedules as priorities change
• Communicate delays, schedule changes, and appointment updates to customers
• Handle escalated service requests and customer concerns
• Communicate regularly with technicians, account managers, sales, and customer service teams
• Manage frequent phone and email communication throughout the day

What We're Looking For

Dispatching experience is strongly preferred.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience managing schedules and high-volume workloads
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle changing priorities and difficult customer situations
• Basic Excel skills, including sorting and filtering
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Stable work history with demonstrated tenure
• Ability to stay productive and accountable in a fully remote environment

Training & Opportunity

New hires receive 3-4 weeks of structured, side-by-side training before taking ownership of assigned service markets.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
