Job summary

Hotard Shuttle is hiring CDL drivers with a Passenger (P) endorsement to transport essential workers across Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana. Local drivers are home daily, with steady year-round work and structured routes.

Starting pay is $26.00 per hour with weekly paychecks, plus a $1,500 driver referral bonus and comprehensive benefits. We seek drivers who value safety, professionalism, and teamwork as our fleet grows.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with Passenger (P) endorsement.
• 2+ years of commercial or bus driving experience preferred.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass a background check.
• A strong work ethic and dedication to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from designated work sites.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Represent Hotard Shuttle with professionalism and pride.
