Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking a School Bus Aide in Richfield, MN, to help provide a safe and positive transportation experience for students. You will assist with boarding, seating, and maintaining a calm environment while supporting students with special needs as needed.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and adherence to safety procedures, including pre- and post-route checks and coordination with drivers and staff.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to work split shifts (morning and afternoon routes).
  • Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment screenings.

What You’ll Do
