Job summary

Neace Transportation in Indiana is seeking a dependable Dispatcher to join our Operations team. You will coordinate daily driver operations, communicate with drivers and customers, resolve issues in real time, and support efficient delivery schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics.

You will build and maintain positive driver relationships, provide professional service to drivers, customers, and vendors, and escalate concerns when needed while using multiple software systems and MS Office

Qualifications

• Previous trucking dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using multi-line phone systems.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our Operations team. In this role, you will help coordinate daily driver operations, communicate with drivers and customers, resolve issues in real time, and support efficient delivery schedules. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
