Job summary

AMR is hiring Dispatchers to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role involves assigning and routing transportation requests and maintaining clear communication to ensure quality support for providers and members.

Responsibilities include monitoring calls and emails, scheduling and routing, documenting communications, conveying trip data, and collaborating with allied health and public safety personnel.

Qualifications

• Dispatchers will work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow coworkers.
• Successful Dispatchers will demonstrate organization, multitasking and time management skills.
