Qualifications

• Prior dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, CRMs, or dispatch tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch electricians to residential and commercial job sites efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and field technicians.
• Manage and prioritize incoming service calls, work orders, and appointment requests.
• Monitor technician locations, job progress, and availability throughout the day.
• Communicate job details, updates, and changes clearly to field crews.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched calls, schedules, and customer information.
• Coordinate urgent or emergency service requests with speed and professionalism.
