Responsibilities

We are seeking a dispatcher to join our energetic, fun, and fast-paced environment. The dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling driver routes and ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries. We seek dynamic, career-minded individuals committed to this role.

• Work effectively with customers
• Use dispatch software to track orders and assign routes to drivers
• Ensure drivers collect payments and record delivery times on bills
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to ensure correct dispatching
• Work with drivers to confirm optimal routes
• Communicate with customers over the phone regarding order status
• Assist drivers with route difficulties or other job-related issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
