Onsite: Chelsea, MA

Available shifts: Fri 9pm- Sat 7am, Sat 7pm-Sun 7am, and Sun 7pm - Monday 7am.

Reports To:

Site Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
Dispatcher:
  • Process service requests within our shipment management system, generate quotes, and verify shipping documents.
  • Dispatch jobs based on customer requests and needs.
  • Coordinate with all offices and local service providers to ensure efficient process transfer.
  • Manage activities throughout the order cycle to meet deadlines, including real-time reporting, documentation, and communication.
  • Handle emergencies, accidents, and breakdowns appropriately.
  • Maintain records of requests, services, charges, and inventory.
  • Communicate Chain of Custody standards.
  • Consult with management to meet operational goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Warehouse Associate:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock shipments.
  • Unpack and verify shipments against inbound alerts.
  • Follow client Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Handle outbound shipments.
  • Manage inventory and perform cycle counts as needed.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork and motivational skills.
  • Knowledge of time zones and military time.
  • Decisiveness under pressure.
  • Knowledge of local geography and map reading.
  • Customer service principles.
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and work safely at heights.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma/GED; additional vocational or technical training preferred.
  • Flexible working hours.
Pay ranges up to $21/hr, with opportunities for advancement through our Career Progression Ladder, increasing responsibilities and earnings.
