Job summary

Cooper’s Plumbing & Air in Georgia is seeking a proactive Dispatcher to coordinate HVAC installations and service calls. You’ll manage the dispatch board, maintain clear communication with field teams, and ensure timely, customer-friendly information flow to keep jobs moving and revenue growing.

Ideal candidates are organized multitaskers with strong time management, attention to detail, and superb verbal and written communication. HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Task-oriented with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• High level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal driven to meet daily performance commitments.
• Willingness to constantly learn and grow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC Install teams.
• Utilize a courteous and pleasant demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction and collect all needed information during calls.
• Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generating revenue.
• Help the field team by taking detailed notes for service calls and entering them into our system.
• Get to know technicians’ preferences and licenses to help them be successful.
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
