Job summary

B Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a friendly Dispatcher to be the heartbeat of our operation. You will coordinate daily schedules, dispatch technicians, and maintain clear communication with customers to ensure five-star service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of dispatch experience, familiarity with ServiceTitan, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. We value teamwork, adaptability, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Experience dispatching field technicians.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules based on customer needs, technician skill sets, and call priority
• Dispatch and debrief technicians throughout the day
• Keep jobs running efficiently by monitoring technician performance and productivity
• Provide timely, professional communication with customers
• Work closely with leadership to help achieve daily and monthly goals
• Be the calm, organized voice that keeps the team moving forward
