The role requires at least 1 year of dispatch experience in a service environment, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of dispatch experience in a service-based industry.
• Experience dispatching field technicians.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules based on customer needs, technician skill sets, and call priority.
• Dispatch and debrief technicians throughout the day.
• Keep jobs running efficiently by monitoring technician performance and productivity.
• Provide timely, professional communication with customers.
• Work closely with leadership to help achieve daily and monthly goals.
• Be the calm, organized voice that keeps the team moving forward.
