B Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a Dispatcher in Albuquerque to coordinate daily service calls, dispatch field technicians, and keep jobs running smoothly. This role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will support leaders, prioritize calls, and ensure timely updates to customers, contributing to five-star service and team success. This position offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Experience dispatching field technicians.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules based on customer needs, technician skill sets, and call priority.
• Dispatch and debrief technicians throughout the day.
• Keep jobs running efficiently by monitoring technician performance and productivity.
• Provide timely, professional communication with customers.
• Work closely with leadership to help achieve daily and monthly goals.
• Be the calm, organized voice that keeps the team moving forward.
