B Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Albuquerque is hiring a Dispatcher to be the heartbeat of our operations. You will coordinate daily schedules, dispatch field techs, and keep customers informed with professional communication.

We value reliability, teamwork, and the ability to stay organized under pressure; ServiceTitan experience is a plus, and proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Experience dispatching field technicians.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules based on customer needs, technician skill sets, and call priority.
• Dispatch and debrief technicians throughout the day.
• Keep jobs running efficiently by monitoring technician performance and productivity.
• Provide timely, professional communication with customers.
• Work closely with leadership to help achieve daily and monthly goals.
• Be the calm, organized voice that keeps the team moving forward.
