Responsibilities

• Assist in dispatch duties as needed and distribute work assignments as needed.
• Provide necessary support to ensure warehouse and transportation schedules are attained.
• Heavy interaction with stores, vendors and warehouse/manufacturing sites.
• Schedule daily workload and department personnel.
• Review employee paperwork for accuracy.
• Maintain necessary documentation and files including production or sales records.
• Monitor department and individual employee performance; provide feedback and disciplinary action as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested or required by a higher level of management.
