Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Roanoke, TX to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will oversee receiving, inventory, order selection, loading, and shipping while ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in warehousing.
• 2-4 year’s supervisory experience in warehousing preferred.
• Understanding of warehouse regulations regarding quality and safety.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with initiative and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and maintain a safe working environment through safety programs.
• Plan warehouse work operations in line with shipments, stock, and perishability.
• Schedule and assign crews and equipment to meet daily volume.
• Supervise warehouse crews in a non-union environment.
• Oversee receiving, inventory, order selection, loading, and shipping activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report out-of-stock or overstock conditions.
• Provide coaching and leadership to teams to improve performance.
