Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to support safe and timely transport of goods within company property and to delivery locations in Lubbock, TX. You will operate company vehicles, load/unload products, verify deliveries, and maintain a clean work area.

Role emphasizes safety, accurate records, and collaboration with team members while delivering quality service and upholding company standards. Starting pay is $16.35 per hour with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to follow delivery instructions, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Operates company vehicles to transport goods according to assigned schedules
• Follows traffic laws and delivery protocols while maintaining professional conduct
• Completes deliveries accurately and efficiently, ensuring product integrity
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reports any safety or mechanical concerns
• Adheres to internal safety procedures and applicable regulations
• Maintains a clean and organized vehicle and work area
• Loads and unloads products and equipment, including items weighing up to 100 pounds
• Performs physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, reaching, stretching, stepping, climbing, and sitting throughout the shift
• Uses equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and mobile scanning tools appropriately
• Communicates clearly with team members, supervisors, and customers
• Maintains accurate delivery records and documentation
• Responds to supervisory feedback and contributes to a respectful and goal-oriented work environment
