Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in progressive trucking supervision, familiarity with OSHA/DOT rules, and strong proficiency in TMS and fleet software.

Qualifications

• Progressive trucking supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA & DOT familiarity and food safety knowledge beneficial.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments in distribution/retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise transportation personnel to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Train and develop dispatchers and drivers; mentor high-potential staff.
• Determine equipment and manpower needs for daily operations.
• Maintain accurate transportation documentation and cost control.
