Job summary

WeDriveU, a leader in shared mobility solutions, is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor in Chicago. You will coordinate field operations, dispatch drivers, and monitor service quality to ensure efficient performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in operations management, with grounding in transportation, and strong Excel and communication skills. This full-time on-site role requires lifting ability and occasional field interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in Operations Management, with 3+ years in ground transportation preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Experience with DMV policies and transportation contracts is a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for maximum efficiency
• Manage hours and minimize overtime
• Audit time sheets and ensure accurate reporting
• Optimize vehicle routing and utilization
• Prepare required reports and maintain policy compliance
• Engage with customers to review service quality and relationships
