Central Cooling & Heating is looking for a great Dispatcher who can keep our team moving, coordinate schedules, and help create a smooth experience for both our technicians and customers. Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• Home services experience preferred.
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Comfortable handling upset customers.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls with a professional, friendly experience.
• Schedule service appointments and collect accurate customer information.
• Listen to concerns and identify customers' needs.
• Handle multiple calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow up with customers and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems.
• Communicate with dispatchers, technicians, and other team members.
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects.
