Job summary

WM is seeking a Dispatcher in Elizabeth, NJ to respond to customer inquiries, coordinate pickups, schedule orders, and dispatch vehicles on pre-set routes for daily efficiency. The role supports drivers and adheres to Customer 1st objectives.

Responsibilities include SFDC case handling, assisting customers and drivers, updating SAP, and ensuring balanced routes. Requires a High School Diploma and ~2 years in transport/logistics, with benefits offered and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years experience in Transportation, Logistics, Routing or Customer Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Service with customer requests (SFDC cases), route changes, rescheduling pickups.
• Provide highest level of customer service to customers per objectives.
• Monitor and escalate SFDC cases to supervisor.
• Assist walk-in customers and drivers with issues as they arise.
• Update SAP data/notes and ensure routes are balanced daily.
