Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Dispatch Lead in North Las Vegas to guide dispatch and office staff, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient operations. You will supervise dispatchers, manage timekeeping and data entry, and support customer service while maintaining strong teamwork and process discipline.

The role requires at least two years of dispatcher experience and supervisory capabilities, with a focus on timely issue resolution and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of prior experience working as a dispatcher.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction to dispatchers and other office staff.
• Oversees and performs tasks to support operations including dispatch, timekeeping, customer service and data entry.
• Fills in for dispatchers during vacations and assigns work to the dispatch team.
• Conducts dispatch training.
• Acts as primary contact for dispatchers needing assistance.
• Monitors and evaluates routes and miscellaneous requirements.
• Partners with Operations to resolve customer service issues.
