Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dispatch/scheduling experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day work of the dispatch team and ensure coverage.
• Monitor demand, availability, routing, and rebalance schedules in real time.
• Escalate high-impact issues to the Dispatch Assistant Manager.
• Lead shift huddles and coach dispatchers for performance.
• Prepare daily shift summaries and KPI reporting.
