Responsibilities

• Communicate information and instructions to drivers (schedules, route changes, conditions).
• Handle all customer call-ins and update customers on delivery times.
• Make outgoing calls to customers regarding issues (locked gates, missed services).
• Support drivers during emergencies and coordinate resources.
• Coordinate with customer service to schedule deliveries or services.
• Post routes and pickups; sequence routes and deliveries.
• Review driver manifests and document delivery/service information.
• Verify manifest accuracy for posting.
