Job summary

Axis Portable Air is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at our Des Moines branch, ensuring efficient delivery and service to customers nationwide. You will coordinate delivery/installation, manage staff, and partner with sales to optimize the customer experience.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, independence, and teamwork abilities, with exposure to rental software, Excel, and Salesforce. Growth opportunities and a dynamic environment are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
Experience with typical software tools and IT tools (rental software, Excel, Salesforce).
Ability to organize, multitask, work independently, and prioritize.

Responsibilities

The Branch Manager ensures that all operational duties are performed efficiently at the branch to fulfill and exceed customer expectations.
Responsible for day-to-day operations at the branch.
Exhibit teamwork with the sales team to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Assist with equipment delivery and installs in the field when needed.
Ensure branch location and staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with local sales leader to provide the best possible customer/employee experience.
