Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, not required.
• Experience with typical software tools and IT tools (rental software, Excel, Salesforce).
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently and prioritize efficiently.
• Team-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rental contracts and invoices are produced accurately and timely using company tools.
• Manage all rental reservations and contracts.
• Coordinate delivery/pick up of equipment and service calls; maintain logs.
• Manage inventory and conduct regular shop/yard walks; keep logs.
• Handle purchase orders and branch on-call schedule.
