Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring a Dispatch Manager to lead delivery operations on-site in Sharon Hill, PA. The role involves supervising drivers and dispatchers, ensuring safe vehicle operation, and optimizing routes to meet delivery commitments.

You will coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to resolve issues, maintain fleet reliability, and support continuous improvement of logistics processes. A strong background in dispatch and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience and delivery management skills.
• Familiarity with routing software and driver safety programs preferred.
• Experience in coordinating delivery operations and fleet management.

Responsibilities

• Manages, recruits, and hires all Delivery Drivers and Dispatchers.
• Ensures delivery trucks are loaded and operated safely and in compliance with standards.
• Routes drivers efficiently to meet planned and unplanned delivery commitments.
• Maintains vehicle fleet and coordinates with Warehouse for inventory controls.
• Collaborates with Inside Sales and Account Managers to resolve delivery issues.
• Develops knowledge of branch delivery area geography.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

A Dispatch Manager at White Cap…

• Manages, recruits, and hires all Delivery Drivers and Dispatchers.

• Ensures delivery trucks are loaded and operated in compliance with all safety standards.

• Ensures Drivers are routed effectively to meet planned and unplanned delivery commitments.

• Ensures vehicle fleet is properly maintained.

• Minimizes turn‑around times through direct supervision of Drivers.

• Works with Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless integration of Delivery and Warehouse operations and proper inventory controls.

• Works closely with Inside Sales and Account Managers to resolve delivery issues, reroute trucks and make unplanned vendor pickups.

• Develops and maintains expert knowledge of the branch delivery area geography.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Generally has 7+ years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience

• Experience with routing software.

• Experience with DOT regulations and driver safety programs.
