White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Dispatch Manager to lead delivery drivers and dispatchers on-site in the Kansas City area. You will ensure safe, efficient operations and coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to meet all delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in delivery operations or logistics management.
• Experience supervising delivery drivers and dispatchers.
• Knowledge of safety standards and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, and supervises Delivery Drivers and Dispatchers.
• Ensures delivery trucks comply with safety standards and are properly loaded.
• Optimizes driver routing to meet planned and unplanned deliveries.
• Maintains fleet and coordinates with Warehouse Operations for inventory control.
• Collaborates with Inside Sales and Account Managers to resolve delivery issues.
• Develops knowledge of branch delivery area geography.

Dispatch Manager at White Cap…

• Manages, recruits, and hires all Delivery Drivers and Dispatchers.
• Ensures delivery trucks are loaded and operated in compliance with all safety standards.
• Ensures Drivers are routed effectively to meet planned and unplanned delivery commitments.
• Ensures vehicle fleet is properly maintained.
• Minimizes turn‑around times through direct supervision of Drivers.
• Works with Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless integration of Delivery and Warehouse operations and proper inventory controls.
• Works closely with Inside Sales and Account Managers to resolve delivery issues, reroute trucks and make unplanned vendor pickups.
• Develops and maintains expert knowledge of the branch delivery area geography.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 7+ years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience
• Experience with routing software.
• Experience with DOT regulations and driver safety programs.
