Job summary

White Cap in Columbia, SC is hiring a Dispatcher to join our logistics team. You will plan delivery schedules, optimize routes, and work closely with customers to resolve delivery issues while ensuring accuracy of invoices and loads.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of dispatching experience, forklift operation skills, familiarity with the local geography, and comfort with routing software. Spanish proficiency is a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Addresses delivery issues with customers and provides resolution.
• Ensures that the invoice and load are correct prior to departure.
• Records all in and out times of vehicles.
• Maintains vehicle maintenance and repair records.
• Records availability status of vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
