Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Operation to lead daily dispatch for delivery routes and linehaul movements.

You will coordinate driver assignments, plan routes, and ensure on-time service while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. You will supervise dispatch personnel, drive performance improvements, and partner with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, dispatch, or logistics.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch activities for all delivery routes and linehaul movements.
• Coordinate driver assignments, route planning, and equipment utilization.
• Monitor delivery progress and address disruptions proactively.
• Communicate pickup and delivery schedules to customers and partners.
• Lead dispatch team with daily huddles and performance coaching.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and service quality.
