Job summary

You will organize distribution, resolve issues quickly, and drive on-time performance.

The role requires strong analytical ability, solid communication with internal teams and external partners, and proficient use of Excel and TMS to generate actionable reports for senior management.

• Ensure dispatching, packing, and transportation comply with policies and regulations.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management to identify cost savings.
• Address customer inquiries and provide proactive order status updates.
