Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus six years of experience in dispatching, routing, or operational coordination.
• Additional education in supply chain management, field service coordination, logistics or transportation coordination may be considered in lieu of experience (1:1 Ratio).
• Knowledge of commercial fleet or municipal fleet operations; experience with logistics software systems, processes, and reporting functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Waste Collection routes using routing software to assign drivers and vehicles.
• Communicate with drivers and operations staff via phone, radio, or software to resolve field issues.
• Monitor daily vehicle inspections and track fleet progress using GPS/telematic systems.
• Collect data and generate statistical and operational reports as needed.
