The role requires a Commercial Driver's License, willingness to work varied shifts, and the ability to handle emergencies, read schedules, and coordinate dispatch and AVL/CAD functions at Music City Central.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: schedule flexibility; emergency response ability; strong decision making; reading schedules/maps; cash handling; customer service; CDL-required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Preferred Experience: bus operator exposure; knowledge of routes, safety procedures, and labor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Monitors bus service to ensure adherence to schedules and safety regulations.
• Supervises the performance of bus operators.
• Performs dispatching functions for bus service.
• Functions of the AVL/CAD system.
• Investigates all bus accidents and prepares reports.
• Oversees daily operations of Music City Central facility.
