Staffmark is hiring a Dispatcher Clerk Coordinator in San Antonio, TX. You\'ll manage daily shifts, coordinate between customers, drivers, and leadership, and ensure timely communication in a fast-paced logistics environment.

This role requires routing knowledge, multitasking, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and logistics systems. The position offers 24/7 coverage with a first shift option and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of routing and transportation required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience with load planning tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shifts and communication between customer, drivers and leadership.
• Verify driver paperwork, close out loads, check backhaul report, and plan salvage and backhauls.
• Confirm PO and appointment requirements.
• Build load board and set drivers up for shuttle moves and pallet deliveries.
• Monitor call-offs and confirm PTO requests.
