Job summary

Renuity, LLC is seeking a Call Center Lead (Dispatch) in Vancouver, WA to manage in-home sales appointment scheduling across West markets. You will ensure adequate rep coverage, route efficiently, and serve as the main contact for customers and internal teams when appointments change.

You will train new dispatch staff, collaborate with Sales and Costco managers to maximize filled slots, and monitor performance through reports. Prior experience in dispatch and strong software skills are essential.

• 2+ years in dispatch, scheduling, or appointment coordination.
• Tech savvy; able to navigate relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Review the assignment page several days in advance to confirm adequate sales rep coverage.
• Coordinate with Sales to add or transfer a rep when schedule is booked out.
• Monitor sales rep availability across markets to ensure coverage for new bookings.
• Review outliers to determine if pairing is possible to fit same-day schedules.
• Communicate with customers about late arrivals and schedule changes to save appointments.
