Job summary

TE Certified Electricians, Heating & Cooling is seeking a dispatch coordinator for in-office work in Lawrenceville, GA. You will schedule and dispatch technicians to service requests, while supporting fellow dispatchers in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with leadership experience in fast-paced settings. Must reside within 30 miles of the Kennesaw area and have a valid driver’s license.

In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service by efficiently scheduling and dispatching qualified technicians to service requests. You will also provide support to other dispatchers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This is an in-office position in Lawrenceville, not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize customer service requests for various home services
• Schedule and dispatch qualified technicians based on skillset, availability, and job urgency
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely updates
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs and customer interactions
• Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement to their management
• Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts
• Train and mentor new dispatchers, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Partner with our technicians and other support staff to ensure their success through a servant-minded dispatch approach

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must reside within 30 miles of our Kennesaw office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the home services industry
• 2 years of experience working on a PC and Business Phone handling Basic admin duties/reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software, bonus points if you have Service Titan Experience!
• Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations
