Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred (1-3 years).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers and resolve inquiries.
• Monitor drivers and routes; assist with open driving routes daily.
• Complete daily paperwork and schedule/confirm delivery teams.
