Job summary

Mr. Handyman of Louisville Northeast is seeking a dependable Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator for an in-person role in Middletown, KY.

You will manage customer communications, schedule service, and dispatch technicians while maintaining accurate records and assisting with invoicing. The position requires dispatching and handyman environment experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Outlook and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in service, trades, or field-based environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a handyman, construction, property maintenance, or related trade environment.
• Strong customer service background with confidence on the phone.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Outlook experience.
• 2+ years of CRM or scheduling software proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming residential and commercial calls in a professional, friendly manner.
• Respond to leads via phone, text, and email and set customer expectations.
• Schedule service appointments and manage technician calendars.
• Dispatch technicians based on skills, location, and availability; maintain communication.
• Document all customer interactions and work orders in the system; assist with invoicing.
• Assist with daily office operations and respond to commercial emails with NTE amounts.
• Progressively handle commercial bookings and social media posting using provided tools.
