Job summary

Plains is a transportation and midstream provider with extensive assets across the United States and Canada. We are seeking a candidate to direct and service customer call-ins, dispatch drivers as needed, and prepare various reports using a computer-based ticketing system.

After initial training, you will handle load entries, driver dispatch, and related data entry to ensure timely operations. The role requires a high school diploma, strong English communication, and the ability to interact with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Interacts with the public, management, marketing and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Direct and service customer call-ins and dispatch drivers as needed.
• Prepare reports and use computer-based ticketing system.
• Record turned in loads and coordinate dispatch with field staff.
• Dispatchers stay up to date with lease severances and DOT requirements.
• Prepare morning, daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
