Job summary

IQ Fiber is seeking a Dispatch Representative to coordinate daily installation and service appointments and to dispatch field technician teams. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dispatcher or coordination experience.
• Strong planning and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch installation and service orders.
• Set up and manage daily schedules for service technicians.
• Monitor field technician status to optimize schedules.
• Communicate with technicians, customers, and internal teams.
• Ensure orders and tickets are updated and closed upon completion.
