Job summary

Parts Authority is seeking a Dispatcher to join our fast-paced team in managing driver routes and ensuring on-time deliveries. You will use the dispatch system to assign runs, track orders, and coordinate with warehouse staff to get shipments out accurately. Customer communication is a key part of daily priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years warehouse experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred (1-2 years).
• Current, valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work various shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Schedule driver routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track orders using the dispatch program and assign runs.
• Verify cash collected and update delivery bills.
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to ensure correct shipments.
• Communicate order status to customers by phone.
