Job summary

Parts Authority is expanding its operations and seeking a qualified Dispatcher to join our on-site team in Riverside, CA. You will coordinate driver routes, track deliveries, and communicate with customers to ensure timely service.

• Strong communication with drivers and customers.
• Must be able to follow directions and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track orders and assign runs to drivers using dispatch program.
• Keep accurate records of cash collected and delivery times on bills.
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to ensure correct deliveries.
• Communicate with customers about order statuses.
• Assist drivers with route issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
