Job summary

Parts Authority is seeking a dispatcher to join a high-energy warehouse team in a full-time role with an hourly rate of $19.50. The dispatcher will schedule driver routes, track orders, and ensure on-time deliveries while collaborating with store staff and customers. This position requires flexibility for various shifts and overtime, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track orders with dispatch program and assign runs to drivers.
• Verify cash handling and record delivery times on bills.
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to ensure correct outbound deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers and customers about route status.
• Assist drivers with route issues and other duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
