Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of transportation, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through multiple channels.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor loads assigned to drivers and resolve issues affecting pickup/delivery times.
• Document driver detention times to ensure accurate on-time pay.
• Promote and enforce safety policies in compliance with DOT and company requirements.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external drivers via phone and system messages.
• Coordinate with fleet maintenance to ensure vehicle readiness and efficiency.
