The role requires flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts and occasional travel for training and coverage. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 2–3 years in transportation/logistics, plus strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2–3 years in transportation/logistics or related field.
• Able to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends.
• Customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory processing.
• Coordinate with drivers and carriers to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety and compliance with internal controls.
• Handle payroll, budgeting, and reporting tasks.
• Provide KPI metrics and operational reports.
• Support yard management and equipment handling.
• Assist with on‑call coverage and training.
• Address service issues and adjust ETAs as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
