We're looking for a Dispatch Coordinator who already understands how loads move and wants to become a top-tier dispatcher. You bring the fundamentals. We'll bring hands-on training, a senior team that has your back, and a clear path to more responsibility and higher earnings.

This role is 100% in-office at our Venice, FL headquarters. Our dispatch floor runs fast and works as one team, and that only happens when everyone is in the room.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate pickups and deliveries for loads moving nationwide.
• Track freight in real time and solve problems before they become delays.
• Keep drivers, customers, and brokers informed with clear, timely communication.
• Manage BOLs, PODs, and rate confirmations in our TMS.

What You Need on Day One:
